Adalay and I took an evening break and headed for the Detroit Zoo for an adults only event. The first event of the evening was to have been feeding of the Polar Bears, so we made our way back to their exhibit. Unfortunately the Polar Bears were inside enjoying their air conditioning while the Black-Crowned Night-Herons took over the exhibit. Odd. I didn't think these guys liked arctic weather.
