Red Panda

Red Panda
Its not often that the Red Panda is not hiding at the Detroit Zoo, but its even more rare to witness any activity. This is the only good shot I managed to get from the few minutes I saw him eating.

Frog in the Duckweed

Along the north edge of the Detroit Zoo, between the Butterfly House and the Otter exhibit, there's a garden path. The ponds are teaming with duck weed this time of year, and the bull frogs seem to love it.

Polar Bear Nap

This Polar Bear was barely visible on this hot and muggy day. Boy a nap sounded nice though.
